I was looking for an honest roofing contractor, and as honesty is hard to come by these days, asked around and my coworker recommended Carlos. My father is an elderly man, who only speaks Spanish, and several roofing contractors had already tried to take advantage of him, it was very important to me to obtain someone who would provide fair service and be patient with my dad. Carlos was great through the whole process, highly professional, and very fair- not to mention the roof looks great. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone!

I had a slow leak in two spots from my roof, that was caused by last year's winds and heavy rain . Kaliber roofing should have been the one that I called first. I got a quick response from the team and a very reasonable price to fix the leak. I was able to get it done within a week of the initial quote. I would recommend this roofing company to anyone.

I called Carlos this past week to check on what I thought was a potential roof leak. He came out the next day to take a look. He ended up making a slight adjustment to one of my tiles and told me that my roof was in good condition and I shouldn’t have a problem in the area he inspected. I appreciated his honest assessment and , I was expecting to have to pay some significant amount. This is the second time I have used Kaliber and I have been extremely satisfied. You can really tell how good a business is when you use them a second time. I am fortunate that I have found a great roofing company and plan to use them for future roofing needs!
The skylight area of my roof was damaged and water leaked into my home recently. I have contacted Kaliber Roofers Inc person, Carlos Padilla who came to my home to inspect and later sent me an estimate. The personnel from Kaliber Roofers Inc came in on time for two days and did an excellent job in repairing the part of the roof. In fact, I did not have tiles that match the roof color. Carlos put additional effort to find those tiles and bought it for me. I think the price is very reasonable for the work they have done and the materials they used. I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend for my friends and others.

The experience with Kaliber Roofing and thus Carlos was excellent throughout from his first visit for an estimate till the works completion to our entire satisfaction. Carlos was very helpful in delivering several board samples of shingles to help us make the preferred color selection. He was also very creative in providing a quick solution for the rain water seepage between the back roof edge and our patio steel frame. Also he was throughout very cooperative and trustworthy in using high quality materials, and also with requests for few additional items like vents etc. His company’s credentials also cover what is needed for a roofer of choice : From being a Corning’s preferred contractor, to having the roofing-specific license. Also one of the most important benefits was dealing directly with him as the owner and contractor and not to go via sales or project agents. My husband reached out to Carlos back in February of 2024 after discovering we had a leak. He got five different estimates and Kaliber Roofing was very competitive in pricing and by far the most willing to work with our specific needs. At the time we had reservations about getting the roof done at that time due to the unpredictable weather as we were hoping to make it to summer. However, following another rainstorm and a second leak Carlos offered to tarp the problem areas until we were able to move forward with replacing the roof. My husband was able to do that himself, but it was much appreciated that he offered to do that, especially on a weekend. At the end of May we finally had a break in the wet weather and made the choice to get it replaced. All of the crew from Kaliber were punctual, professional, polite, and friendly. Over the years we have worked with numerous contractors and Carlos and Tony have been the best to work with. During the project the mornings were very damp, so Carlos and his crew tarped the entire roof after demo to alleviate any fears we had regarding moisture; once again going above and beyond. Our roof ended up having more layers than originally thought, which meant more demo for his team. Despite this, Carlos and his team were able to finish earlier than expected. They were mindful of the fact that we have young children at home and made sure to clean up daily and meticulously walk the property for nails, and other debris. After several summer storms, I was in desperate need of a roof replacement. Carlos from Kaliber Roofing responded to my call very quickly and was at my house to give me a quote within a few days. He was able to replace my roof weeks before anyone else said they could. Kaliber employees are very professional and took care of the roof in a day. If you need a reliable roofing company, look no further than Kaliber Roofing Inc. When my original roofer failed to show up to place a tarp on my roof hours before a big storm, I called Kaliber Roofing right before they closed and spoke with Carlos. It was 8PM, and I know he was tired, but when he heard my issue, he gladly offered to help. Carlos first checked when the storm was scheduled to begin and then checked his computer software to see if the original roofer may have placed the tarp on my roof, and we were unaware. When we could not verify over the computer, he did me a HUGE favor and personally drove to my rental property to see if the tarp was there - I live 30 minutes away, and it was getting late! Carlos got on the roof, took photos, and sent them to my phone. After confirming the tarp wasn't there, he had a spare tarp on hand, got back on his ladder, and placed that tarp on the roof. Everything was done within a little more than an hour of my original call (cry, lol). I could have been in so much trouble, and I am so thankful Kaliber went above and beyond. It's a couple of days later, and we are in the middle of the storm, and I am so happy with the service provided by this company. Additionally, Carlos's attitude was great, and he cared about and understood my situation and focused on resolving my issue quickly. Kaliber provided exceptional service, which means EVERYTHING when dealing with something as important as your roof. I highly recommend this roofing company. Carlos responded quickly to our request for an estimate to replace our existing roof. We had numerous quotes and his was competitive and fair. He does his own tear off and haul away which saved us time instead of waiting for a tear off sub contractor, which could be days/weeks. I had used Kaliber initially when I had a major roof leak. Spoke with Carlos and it was easy to tell him my concerns, they came out and looked at it and gave me a fair quote. But most importantly he assured me that he will take care of the roof, replace the plywood where damaged, and make sure to place protective adhesive layer underneath. Needless to say there had been no leaks. Recently due to the winds, some tiles were broken. He went out to find tile to match mine, and came by and replaced them and even cleaned my patio roof and the debris. It’s easy to work with him, he’s professional and fair. I trust his work, and more than that he’s not the kind of guy who rips you off. 100% recommend his work!

I was in search of a roofer and I called about five companies, of those five companies, Carlos from Kaliber Roofing was one of then. He came prepared and he went straight to the point. He explained in detail what had to be done and how long it would take, I can honestly say that they did an amazing job and most of all I really like how after each day they would clean after themselves. His workers were very friendly and professionals. He also did extra jobs, like painted the facia boards and replaced my post from the porch at no cost to me. Carlos came out on a Sunday in between storms to assess the leak in my roof. His prompt response was greatly appreciated and he was able to temporarily secure the tile on my roof to get through an upcoming storm until the permanent repair could be done. This gave me peace of mind which is priceless when you have a leaking roof in the middle of the rainy season. Sylvester came out to perform the permanent repair and he was very thorough, professional and efficient in timing. The price was more than fair and the work was excellent. If you are in need of any roof work, Kaliber Roofing is the best in town! I had my roof done by them last month and it came out great! I had a couple of other companies quote me and they were much more expensive not to mention they tried charging me for repairs that were not needed. The owner Carlos came out to quote me and I told him about the "repairs" that were needed and he checked them out and of course they were not needed. He was very friendly and showed up on time to give me my quote. Kaliber roofing started and finished my roof within the timeline I was given, which is a major plus in my books. Look no further for an honest roofing company because Kaliber is it!! Yes this company has only a few reviews because they are new company so don't be afraid to give them a chance or you could be over paying for your roofing needs. I requested a quote from roofing companies on Yelp and got a response back from 4 companies. First company stated they were booked 2 months in advanced and were not taking any more clients. Second company gave me ridiculous quote to replace a few broken tiles plus they wanted me to go on roof to take picture of tile to see if they could match color. Then Carlos responded from Kaliber roofing and stated he would come and look at the roof which he did same day. He gave me an honest and fair quote to replace the few cracked tiles I had on my roof plus replace the cap tile that great wind blew off my roof. Carlos was able to fix my my roof same week. Thank you for speedy service. Fourth company wanted to charge a minimum fee just to come out which was still more than Kaliber. So no matter size of your project big or small Kaliber will take care of your roofing needs. Highly recommend!!

Can't say enough great things to say about Kaliber Roofing. A solar company I'm working with did all the vetting for a roofing company in my area to install a new roof before my solar installation. They could not have vetted a better company. Carlos and his crew Silvester, Tony, Jimmy, and Antonio were the most professional individuals you could have asked for on the project. My wife is very particular and critical when it comes to home improvement projects. I was at work during the whole project, but my wife was home during the project. She had nothing but rave reviews. During the last heavy rain we discovered a leak in our roof. Due to the age of the roof, we decided to replace the whole thing. Carlos came out at the appointed day and time and gave us a detailed estimate. Before we even signed a contract, he agreed to put a tarp up on our roof so we didn't have to worry about the upcoming rain. It took a month from the time we signed the contract and the time they started the roof, but they started the job on time and finished on time. We are very happy with our roof.
My neighbor down the street was getting their roof done by Kaliber Roofing, and I have a ballon and its string that's been stuck on the peak of my roof for months. I approached Tony and asked if they could assist me in getting it off my roof. Tony said he would come by after they completed my neighbor's job since they were wrapping it up. 30 minutes later, Tony showed up, grabbed his ladder, and got the "melted" ballon stuck to the roof tile. Tony is amazingly professional and pleasant. I know who I will contact in the future for my roofing needs! The company should be proud to have a team member as professional and kind as Tony!

I reached out to Carlos after we developed a leak in our house after the last rain storm. He came out and gave us a fair offer and was able to get us in two days. I had multiple roofers come out and give quotes and I chose Carlos cause he gave me a great break down on what he was going to do. I would recommend Carlos and his team they were great and friendly.
I pretty much got 7 estimates before I decided to move forward with Carlos... why? Because he was literally the only person who physically went on top of my roof to inspect the leak. Others used google world or a drone lol. Here's why I'm even writing a review... well, one of my leaks got worse, so I called him. He literally came out the next day to fix it and all was good. He squeezed me in hos toght schedule. No excuse, BS, or hard time....he simply honored his warranty.

Carlos at Kaliber Roofing was asked for a quote to replace the flat roof over a room addition on the house that wasn't done when the main roof was replaced recently. We happily accepted his quote and within a few days he began the job of tearing off the old flat roof and installing a modern up to date roof with the latest materials and techniques. Another excellent job with quick service, professional in every way, and such a huge improvement from the original roof that had been giving the family problems for several years. Carlos was right on time as promised and not only provided a professional installation job with quality materials, but also gave us a very competitive quote. When the roof was completed, we asked his advice on replacement of a few missing and damaged 2x4 drop ceiling tiles in the room and he returned a few days later and did a great job of replacing these at a very reasonable cost. Again, perfect work, quality materials, and a very reasonable bid for the work. Kaliber Roofing has been 100% professional with every step of the work done on both of these projects.
