My neighbor mentioned that I had a couple of broken roof tiles, so I posted on Yelp to get some bids. Carlos was the quickest to respond — he reached out right away and scheduled a visit for the next morning. He came on time and impressed me by using a drone to inspect the entire roof. The drone gave clear, detailed pictures, and he found seven broken tiles instead of just two, which I wouldn’t have known without the drone check. Carlos gave me a very fair price ($350) to replace all seven tiles, which was better than other quotes I received. His crew came out just a couple of days later and finished the repair quickly and professionally. I really appreciated the combination of modern technology, honest communication, and efficient service. I would absolutely recommend Kaliber Roofing and Carlos to anyone needing roof repair or inspection!
